Partner and Head of Lender Services, Kevin O’Brien, is the chairman and co-founder of Commercial Mediation West Wales.  A group set up to provide accredited mediation service for Welsh commercial businesses.  Commercial Mediation Wales is the only Civil Mediation Council to be an accredited mediation provider in Wales.
